To lead this charge, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Bana Qashu to Director of Channel Sales. Bana has been a star, growing the Northeast MidAtlantic (NEMA) region in record time, and we are leveraging her talents as we double down on the resources we are dedicating to this burgeoning region.
Between our tenured team and our experienced new hires, we are poised to search out lean-forward trusted advisors who are ready to 10x their business enabled by AVANT. And to sustain our momentous growth in the region, we are continuing to pursue skilled talent who will add value to the Northeast lineup.

In her new role as Director of Channel Sales, Bana continues her fast-track career progression at AVANT. She will direct in-region senior channel managers, channel sales policies, objectives, and initiatives in the region, and work with both suppliers and channel sales professionals to enable them to excel in next-generation IT sales across cloud, colocation, and communication services.
With over a decade of channel sales experience across multiple technology and service provider companies, and several industry awards, Bana is recognized for the high energy and strong skill set she brings to the channel sales community.
Scott has been a Senior Channel Manager with AVANT for over two years, and during that time took a region that was untapped for AVANT and made it one of our most successful regions in the country. His organizational strategic thinking skills and attentiveness are part of his secret sauce, but his follow up/follow through commitment to his partners is why he has earned their loyalty.
As Senior Channel Manager, Deb serves as AVANT’s conduit to her partner community. She embraces the strategic nature of her mission, guiding and enabling AVANT’s trusted partners to 10x their business while they transition from traditional telecom to emerging technologies. With a reputation for being proactive, responsive, and knowledgeable, one of Deb’s many strengths is helping partners navigate new technologies and optimize solutions for their customers’ needs.
In her position as Senior Channel Manager for the Northeast MidAtlantic (focusing on PA, MD, and DC), Kim will be building on her 15+ years in the industry as she trains partners on the latest technologies, helps them plan sound sales strategies for their most complex opportunities, and works with them hand-in-hand to research, pursue, and close sales. She will be recruiting and developing new partners who are ready to increase their revenue streams by embracing disruptive technologies across all categories of services offered in the AVANT portfolio.
As Channel Manager for NYC/CT/RI, Cheryl is tapping into her UCaaS/CCaaS experience to enable this hot segment for new and legacy partners in New England. She is focused on recruiting and empowering trusted advisors who are ready to leverage AVANT’s sales training, our ecosystem of disruptive technologies, and the best customer-facing tools in the industry. With her direct sales experience, she will be a strong asset to partners in her region.
Madelyn was brought on as Channel Manager for the Northeast MidAtlantic (focusing on IN, OH, KY, and TN). She spent the last 4.5 years in the channel fostering and developing partner relationships, with experience built around the complex sale of contact centers. Madelyn loves planning events and is ready to find partners who want a more exciting, unique, and personalized experience in technology sales.
Vanessa, Inside Channel Manager for the Northeast, spent the last five years as an AVANT trusted partner in the region. So not only does she know the processes and systems of many of the service providers in the area, she understands the needs and priorities of our agents. Her strong insider experience, along with her organizational skills and attention to detail, will help partners fully utilize the amazing resources available, navigate the AVANT ecosystem with ease, and find success empowered by AVANT!
