To maintain our high standards as we continue in this period of rapid growth, we are pleased to introduce Brian Schloss, our new Director of Operations.
Brian will be leading our pricing and order entry team with a two-fold purpose: to ensure the department operates efficiently, and to delight our partners with extraordinary support. He will guarantee that the team is responsive, timely, and highly accurate—fundamental requirements to the first-class service AVANT pledges to our agents.
Brian brings to AVANT the leadership and experience we need to take our Operations team to the next level. He spent eight years at Comcast—six as Director of Order Management. He spent four years doing pre/post sales engineering with Level3. So he knows customer service from both sides of the aisle. And he understands the AVANT advantage, telling us, “I joined AVANT because of their reputation in the marketplace as a leader in sales enablement. In addition, I wanted to work with visionaries who are passionate about being the best they can be.”
More about Brian? He is an avid golfer (we have a few of those around here), who had the good fortune of spending time in St. Andrews, Scotland. Being from New York, he is quite the Yankees fan. He prioritizes spending time with his wife Laura, his daughter Anna (12), and his son Brian (9), supporting our military and first responders, reading, and helping at his kids’ school.
