We wrapped up April 2025 with something truly special – our third annual AVANT Better Together Awards, and it was nothing short of incredible!
We brought the entire AVANT team together in person, not on Zoom, not in separate time zones, but in one space. Just steps from our very first headquarters, we reconnected, reflected, and celebrated how far we’ve come, where we’re headed, and the people driving that growth.
The day was packed with energy. From meaningful sessions and open conversations to shared stories, team games, and a whole lot of fun. We had time to collaborate and connect with teammates outside our usual circles.
But the highlight was celebrating the people who moved us forward in the last year. Let’s give it up for this year’s Better Together Award winners!

AVANT Newcomers of the Year
Fresh ideas, bold thinking, and fearless innovation. We love welcoming new talent that raises the bar! For the first time ever, we recognized seven individuals as Newcomers of the Year. These rockstars didn’t just adapt. They embraced our culture, built strong relationships, and helped all of us to push further. Congratulations to Melissa Joy Kong, Hannah Glover, Landon Clark, Rick Mischka, Maria Trespeces-Winck, Bethany Larzelere, and Megan Oitzman! Thank you for bringing your energy and drive to AVANT.
AVANT Employee of the Year
For the second time (making it an AVANT first), Jessica Ramos was recognized as the AVANT Employee of the Year! Having been part of the AVANT family for seven years, Jessica has been a driving force in growing and leading our Pricing Team with unmatched dedication and commitment. She is a go-to resource for all, and ensures Trusted Advisors have the clarity and support they need to move deals forward.
