This month, we’re spotlighting Sarah Arnstein, Senior Sales Engineer with a focus on UCaaS, CCaaS, SASE, and WAN.
Sarah has been in the industry since 2018 and has held the previous roles of Patent Engineer at Hanley, Flight, and Zimmerman, and Mechanical Engineer with the Ford Motor Company.

Tell us about something you do for AVANT that Trusted Advisors may not know.
I help keep the two SASE matrices (SASE portfolio and technologies) up to date and I am the main person who sifts through provider answers to make them easy to digest and make sure they’re as accurate as possible. I also have a SASE blog called Get SASE With Sarah. I write about different aspects of SASE and other technologies we sell!
Where are you located?
Everson, WA (tiny little farm town)
What’s your favorite hack for staying productive?
I like to listen to a Spotify playlist of instrumental versions of pop songs. It’s usually violin or piano and it helps me zone out and focus solely on what I’m trying to do.
What do you think your younger self would be most proud of today?
She would think it’s SO cool that I get to travel for work. I’ve always loved to travel and the fact that work pays for me to do that sometimes would impress her. We don’t have to tell her what we all know – it can get exhausting after a while! If she could see what her future looked like, she’d be most excited for that.
