The year is quickly coming to an end, and it has definitely been one to remember! So memorable, in fact, that we wanted to share some of our favorite moments of 2022 before we officially welcome the new year. Without our Trusted Advisor partners, solution providers, and our own AVANT team members, we could have never accomplished many of these amazing highlights. Sharing these moments with you made 2022 a year to remember. We can’t wait to continue our partnerships into 2023 and for many years to come! 1. Security Practice
In 2022, we launched our enhanced security practice! The focus of this was to bring together some of the best minds in security and develop a more strategic approach to helping prepare our partners to break into the security market. Whether this consisted of the latest security research and analytics or power-packed BattleBriefings, or expanding our portfolio, our security team certainly hit the ground running in 2022!
2. CCaaS Webinar Series
Beginning in April, our best-in-business Sales Engineers were joined by key vendor experts to explore the lifetime of a CCaaS deal in a live webinar series produced over a period of six months! With each episode, our Sales Engineering hosts and their vendor counterparts sat down to dive into the lifetime of a CCaaS deal. From prospecting to implementation, this 6-part series helps Trusted Advisors find, guide, and close bigger and better CCaaS opportunities than ever before! Check it out here.
3. Special Forces Summit
We hosted the industry event of the year in 2022 in Austin, TX! Special Forces Summit is always an event like no other, and this year was truly the best one yet! Trusted Advisors, channel leaders, solution providers, and AVANT experts came together for two and a half incredible days of training, networking, learning, and FUN with AVANT! We led in-depth breakout sessions, conducted discussions with thought leaders and technology experts, explored the latest technology solutions, and heard from some of the most motivational minds in the industry! Special Forces Summit 2022 was unforgettable, and we’re already preparing for 2023. Mark your calendars for next year – October 2-4, 2023!
4. Pathfinder Updates
In 2022, we enhanced Pathfinder, our industry-leading, customer-facing sales tool and training platform. We added training opportunities across several technology solutions as well as sales enablement. More than 900 training certifications were completed throughout the year, helping partners grow their knowledge and break into new markets! Plus, we added new customer-facing features and updates like the Connectivity Navigator and new Dynamic Matrices. 5. AVANT Analytics
This year, we doubled down on our efforts to bring our partners the latest in technology research and analytics. We introduced our upgraded Analytics department, helping power more informed IT decision-making for our partners and their customers! With Chief Strategy Officer Alex Danyluk and a lineup of some of our expert Sales Engineers and production team, we published resources like the Security NIST 6-12 Report and CCaaS e-book and hosted live BattleBriefing webinars and CCaaS training sessions. 6. PlanetOne Becomes AVANT
One of the most exciting days of 2022 was when we announced that AVANT had acquired PlanetOne, a legendary player in the channel! PlanetOne joining AVANT was a strategic move that allowed us to expand our team and accelerate our growth for channel partners and providers on a global scale. It brought some of the best minds, practices, and platforms in the industry together and created one powerhouse team! As a result, we’ve enhanced the AVANT experience and are working on developing further in 2023 and beyond.
7. 2022 Events
We were ALL OVER the map in 2022! We brought partners together for regional training events in the East, West, Central and EMEA regions, collectively holding more than 40 Bootcamps, PowerUps, and Insights! Plus, we hosted exclusive events like Advisory Board and Pinnacle Signature Events as well as President’s Club in beautiful Mayakoba, Mexico! We joined the channel (and represented AVANT big time!) at Channel Partners in Las Vegas and who can forget, we also hosted the LEGENDARY 2022 Special Forces Summit. 8. AVANT Technology Insights
We produced 20 episodes of the AVANT Technology Insights podcast in 2022! Leaders and experts from AVANT were joined by some of the brightest minds in the industry and beyond. Together, they dove into a wealth of different topics, from security to UCaaS and CCaaS to talent acquisition and technology updates. With each episode, hosts provided a resource for both Trusted Advisors and their customers. 9. AVANT People
In 2022, we focused on continuing to provide the highest caliber of support to our partners. We sought new ways to help power you forward. One of the BEST ways for us to do so is through our own people! This year, we worked hard to grow and promote our team, adding and enhancing several departments across AVANT, including our Channel Managers, Sales Engineers, and Partner Support! 10. Charity
Throughout the year, charity remained a priority for AVANT. Our own charity team contributed their time and energy, in addition to their roles at AVANT, to organize raffles and silent auctions to drive participation in local communities. AVANT was proud to partner with and provide donations to several organizations and groups near and dear to our hearts. That includes Razom for Ukraine, which is focused on providing relief, supplies, and a platform to Ukrainians, Bringing Hope Home, which provides financial and emotional support to local families with cancer, and local schools in Colombia, who were in need of school supplies.
