Earlier this month, we wrapped up our fourth annual AVANT All-In Employee Kickoff in Chicago. What started as a small team has grown into a global family, and this year, employees from across the U.S., Canada, and EMEA gathered to celebrate everything we’ve accomplished.
Centered around this year’s theme, “All-In,” the event brought recognition, learning, connection, and plenty of fun under one roof. From leadership sessions and company updates to team activities and spontaneous moments of laughter, the week reflected the energy and culture that continue to shape AVANT.
Of course, no All-In event would be complete without going all out. The kickoff featured a casino-themed evening filled with games and friendly competition. Whether people walked away with awards or a lucky streak at the blackjack table, one thing was clear: we know how to show up and enjoy every moment together!
As exciting as the event was, the true highlight remained recognizing the people who make AVANT what it is every single day.

AVANT Core Values Awards

This year, eleven employees stood out for consistently representing what AVANT is all about. AVANT Newcomer of the Year
One of the best parts of the awards each year is welcoming new talent that brings fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the company.
Our Newcomers of the Year did far more than settle into their roles. They made an immediate impact by stepping in wherever needed, building strong relationships, and finding new ways to elevate those around them.

AVANT Employee of the Year
This time, we were proud to recognize not one, but two Employees of the Year.
Matt Berman and Jessie Grose consistently went above and beyond in their roles, making a meaningful impact across their teams and throughout the company. Through their leadership, contributions, and outstanding performance, they continue to inspire those around them while helping AVANT grow stronger every day. Congratulations to both of you!
We also recognized Kim Staro with an honorable mention for the incredible support she has brought to AVANT and the dedication she continues to show in helping both her team and the company advance.
