“X-Factor Experience Contest” Terms & Conditions

Introduction

By registering for the X-Factor Experience Contest, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The contest is being run by AVANT Communications, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with offices at 2 N Riverside Plaza Suite 2450, Chicago, IL 60606 (“AVANT”).

Eligibility to Enter

The contest is open to entrants over 18 years of age. AVANT employees are excluded from the drawing, as well as close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or prize drawing.

All AVANT partners (“Trusted Advisors”) are open to register and compete. The status of the AVANT partner will determine their prize eligibility.

By entering the contest, you confirm that you, as a representative of your organization, are eligible to do so and that your organization is eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded by AVANT.

Multiple representatives of an organization can register to compete in this competition. If selected as a winner, the owner of the organization of the registered winner will receive the designated prize. The contest is free to enter.

The contest qualification period is from March 11, 2024, to July 31, 2024.

The Prize

The X-Factor Experience Contest New Partner Prizes are as follows:

• Relaxation: Trip for two to Austin or Tucson – winner’s choice. Includes three days, two nights at the Miraval Spa & Resort and $1,000 in spa credits.
• Extravagance: Trip for two to Napa Valley. Includes three days, two nights at the Andaz Napa Valley, a tour through three local vineyards, and $2,000 to ship your favorite wine back home!
• Luxury: Trip for two to New York City. Includes three days, two nights at the Four Seasons Downtown and $5,000 to spend at your favorite designer stores.
• Exploration: Trip for two to Jackson Hole. Includes three days, two nights at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences and one excursion of your choice.

The top three new partners who earn the most points will be our New Partner Winners. New Partner Winners can choose to accept one of the prizes listed above, or the cash value of this prize.

Only new or unsigned AVANT partners are eligible for the X-Factor Experience Contest New Partner Prizes. A new partner is defined as any Trusted Advisor who signs with AVANT. To be eligible for a New Partner Prize, the Trusted Advisor must have signed with AVANT on or after January 1, 2024. Once a new partner signs up with AVANT and registers for the contest, they can begin earning additional points by completing various AVANT-based touchpoints. These points will go towards the New Partner Prizes.

In addition to our New Partner Prizes, all AVANT partners who register for the contest are eligible for our random cash giveaway. Companies can earn one additional entry for the random cash giveaway for each individual registered and checked in at SFS. The winner of this giveaway must be registered for Special Forces, checked in, and present at the time of the drawing. However, there is no limit to the number of entries that can be submitted from one given Trusted Advisor organization.

The use of specific brands as prizes by AVANT does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. The use of LinkedIn and Twitter platforms to promote this contest does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement of the contest by LinkedIn or Twitter.

The prize is non-transferable. The prize must be confirmed and booked by December 31, 2024. Cash alternatives cannot exceed $15,000 USD and will be provided upon request. Only one prize per organization.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

AVANT’s decision on any aspect of the contest is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
