Marketing Operations Manager
Essential Functions
Marketing Operations Managers for Chicago, IL location. Oversee marketing projects and campaign planning, including execution of large-scale events and digital campaigns. Maintain production process, technology infrastructure, and marketing data analytics. Support demand generation efforts and funnel optimization. Develop, track, and maintain marketing metrics, reports, and dashboards to communicate data-driven decisions and the marketing impact on revenue. Collaborate with analytics team to manage contact database and maintenance of current records. Create and manage processes, communication, and documentation of generated leads to sales team members. Manage WordPress website and Google Analytics. Execute marketing communication campaigns via marketing automation platform. Project management for marketing requests and deliverables. Technical Skills: Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, WordPress, Google Analytics, product marketing.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or marketing required. Skills required: Strategic planning; large-scale event execution; digital campaign planning; marketing data analytics; Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, WordPress, Google Analytics, product marketing. 60% telecommuting permitted. 20% travel required.
