COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS AND GUIDELINES

AVANT will monitor and comply with all applicable COVID-19 related government rules and regulations for the location and venue hosting the in-person event. As an attendee you acknowledge that attending any in-person event comes with personal risks outside of AVANT’s control. You agree to attend the on-site AVANT event at your own risk and will not hold AVANT liable for any COVID-19 related illnesses. As an attendee you also agree to follow any venue or AVANT COVID-19 related protocols and guidelines.

2021 SPECIAL FORCES SUMMIT HYBRID EVENT
Attending in-person events is a personal choice that comes with an assumption of risk. To help reduce concern and mitigate potential health risks for on-site attendees, we will be requiring all event guests and AVANT staff to complete at least one of the below prior to receiving access to the 2021 Special Forces Summit event.

  1. Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination status with a valid COVID-19 vaccination card
  2. Provide a negative COVID-19 test result completed within 72 hours of the start of the event
  3. Receive an on-site COVID-19 rapid test resulting in a negative status

AVANT has secured a 3rd party partner to pre-screen and confirm verification for each attendee and AVANT staff member. We will not have access or retain any personal information pertaining to COVID-19. Face masks will be offered at the event and attendees are encouraged, but not required, to wear a face mask for the duration of the event. We will also provide hand sanitizer as well as require staff of the Fairmont Hotel to be masked when providing service to guests within AVANT reserved areas.

Only people that have confirmed verification of a COVID-19 vaccination status or a negative COVID-19 test result within the last 72 hours of the event start date will be given a badge and allowed access to AVANT event sessions and activities throughout the three days.

Please note the 2021 Special Forces Summit event is being held at the Fairmont Hotel which includes common public areas not under AVANT’s control nor AVANT’s COVID-19 safety protocols and guidelines.

2021 REGIONAL BOOTCAMP EVENTS
We are going above and beyond to help make an informed and comfortable decision when attending AVANT regional Bootcamp training events. All attendees will be required to self-certify either proof of COVID-19 vaccination status or a negative COVID-19 test result completed within 72 hours of the start of the event. AVANT will provide free COVID-19 rapid tests on-site at all regional Bootcamp events. A registration badge and access to the event will not be provided without either of these self-certifications.
