AVANT Pinnacle Loyalty Event Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

  1. The AVANT Loyalty Trip award is non-transferrable, nor refundable. Cash or other forms of compensation in lieu of the travel award is not an alternative. If the decision is made not to travel at the time of the award trip, the award is forfeited.
  2. Award winners must be current AVANT partners and in good standing with AVANT at the time of the trip.
  3. Once the form is submitted, the AVANT Loyalty Trip credit is considered consumed and is non-transferable to another AVANT Loyalty Trip.
  4. Each award winner may bring one (1) guest, which can be a spouse, significant other, friend, or family member. Only (1) hotel room is awarded. If the award winner prefers a second, separate room for their guest, it is the responsibility of the award winner to make this booking. AVANT cannot guarantee the venue will honor our room rate or have additional room availability.
  5. If the award winner brings a guest who is under the age of 18, the guest may not attend the AVANT-sanctioned events including, but not limited to, the Welcome Reception, Excursion(s), and Dinner(s).
  6. If an award winner elects not to bring a guest, there will be no credit or future value in lieu of the vacancy.
  7. Coach airline travel will be provided to each award winner and his/her guest, if applicable, from the award winner’s home city airport to the travel destination airport. Any deviations from this travel routing will be at the winner’s expense.
  8. Once air travel has been booked, any changes to flight itinerary or attendees/guests are at the award winner’s expense.
  9. Any special travel arrangements or expenses, including but not limited to, additional air and hotel charges, air and hotel upgrades, personal items, excursions, special meals, alcohol outside of our hosted events, incidentals, changes or cancellations incurring a penalty or other expenses outside of those details in the program, will be at the award winner’s expense.
  10. Any extension to the travel dates (either pre-or post-program) will be at the award winner’s expense.
  11. Each award recipient agrees that his/her participation in, receipt of any award under, and any conduct pursuant to AVANT’s Loyalty program are strictly voluntary, and that AVANT does not require acceptance of any offered award or associated benefit. Any travel and activity engaged in by AVANT’s Loyalty Trip winners are conducted voluntarily by such winners and guests and are not mandatory or required AVANT or affiliated company activities. Each such winner releases AVANT, its directors, officers, employees, affiliated subsidiary, suppliers, and agents from any and all liability, damages or causes of action whatsoever, however named or decided, with respect to or arising out of participation in the AVANT Loyalty program, including the receipt or use of any prize awarded. In addition, each such winner holds AVANT harmless and releases AVANT, its directors, officers, employees, affiliated subsidiary, suppliers, and agents from any and all liability, damages or causes of action whatsoever, however named or decided, with respect to or arising out of activities by such winner’s guest or guests associated in any way with the AVANT Loyalty program, including the receipt or use of any prize awarded.
  12. AVANT reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke the program for any reason, including but not limited to modifying the terms of participation or improving the effectiveness of the program.
