“2024 Special Forces Summit Giveaway” Terms & Conditions

Introduction

By registering for the SFS24 Giveaway, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The giveaway is being run by AVANT Communications, registered at 2 N Riverside Plaza Suite 2450, Chicago, IL 60606.

Eligibility to Enter

The giveaway is open to entrants over 18 years of age. AVANT employees are excluded from the draw, as well as close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the prize drawing.

All AVANT partners (“Trusted Advisors”) or potential partners are open to register and be entered into the drawing.

To enter the drawing, you must submit a registration for AVANT’s 2024 Special Forces Summit. By registering and entering your organization for the giveaway, you confirm that you, as a representative of your organization, are eligible to do so and that your organization is eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded by AVANT.

There is no limit to how many individuals from one organization can register for 2024 Special Forces Summit. However, AVANT will only accept up to 5 giveaway entries per organization. The giveaway is free to enter.

The entry period begins January 26, 2024, and will remain open until 100 Trusted Advisors have registered for Special Forces Summit 2024.

The Prize

The winner of the SFS24 Giveaway will win a 3-night stay in a suite at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, from Monday, September 9 to Thursday, September 12, 2024.

Once AVANT reaches 100 eligible registrations, one organization will be randomly chosen as the winner of the SFS24 Giveaway. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and cash alternatives will not be provided. The winner of the SFS24 Giveaway must register at least one representative as an attendee at 2024 Special Forces Summit.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

AVANT’s decision on any aspect of the contest is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winning organization of the SFS24 giveaway will be chosen at random and notified via the email address that is registered in AVANT’s files as the Trusted Advisor’s main contact. The winner will be chosen and notified once we have reached 100 eligible registrations and the giveaway is closed.

AVANT will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.

If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and AVANT reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

Upon confirmed acceptance of the prize, a representative from the AVANT team will reach out to finalize details of the prize and redemption.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the contest will be used by AVANT for the purposes of administering the contest and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing [email protected].

If requested by AVANT, the winner agrees to release their full name and place of employment to any other contest participants, as well as for use in any promotional announcements or marketing materials.

Limitation of Liability

AVANT accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the contest or being selected for a prize.

General

AVANT reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the contest or amend these terms and conditions.
